EMDR is a recognised therapy recommended on the NICE
guidelines for treatment of trauma. Although originally developed to help
resolution of major trauma it is now widely used for many different problems,
including stress, anxiety, depression and loss.
I have been practicing EMDR since 2007 and have found it to be a very valuable approach with many clients.
